Course Information

Many people lift weights, but only a few truly know how to make “the weight” work for them rather than against them. Do you focus on the number of repetitions while ignoring joint angles? Do you feel pain in your lower back instead of in the targeted muscles? The difference between impressive results and chronic injuries comes down to one word: “technique.”

The Swedish Academy offers you this course to take you from being merely a “fitness practitioner” to a “movement expert” who masters the science of proper performance, ensuring maximum muscle gain and the highest levels of safety for your body and your clients.
