Basics of Pregnant Training Course
The pregnancy period is accompanied by many changes that require adjustments in lifestyle, especially when it comes to physical activity. You may feel that your body is going through a real test during pregnancy; however, maintaining regular light exercise will greatly help you in the long run.
The ideal exercises during pregnancy are those that stimulate the heart and maintain flexibility and mobility, without causing any physical strain on you or your baby.
Therefore, today we present the Pregnancy Training Course from the Swedish Academy of Sport Training (SAST) as a practical contribution to explaining what can be done and performed during pregnancy. We also provide a comprehensive overview for trainers who supervise pregnant women during this special stage in a woman’s life.

Study Duration
The course includes 20 study hours, which must be completed within a maximum period of two months from the date of registration.
Eligibility for Enrollment
Anyone who has the desire and ambition to learn about pregnant training (no prior experience is required).

How and When Can You Start Studying?
The e-learning platform of The Swedish Academy of Sport Training (SAST) is considered one of the best in the Arab region and competes with the largest universities and e-learning institutes in Europe and worldwide, according to specialists in this field.
Students can enroll, register, and start studying from anywhere in the world and at any time that suits them (24 hours a day / 7 days a week). Course materials and exams become available immediately after completing the registration process. This provides absolute flexibility in education and skill acquisition, allowing students to study freely according to their preferred time and place. Thus, we move away from traditional, restrictive education systems and instead promote creativity, positive thinking, and innovative problem-solving.

Examinations and Passing Criteria
All theoretical examinations at The Swedish Academy of Sport Training (SAST) are conducted electronically, with questions randomly selected from a question bank derived from the official theoretical curriculum. Answers are corrected automatically and electronically, and students can see their results immediately after completing the exam.
Examination Structure and Passing System
First: Chapter Quizzes (Quiz)
The student must pass a number of mandatory chapter quizzes before proceeding to the final exam.
One mandatory quiz for each chapter of the theoretical material.
- Each quiz includes a maximum of 10 multiple-choice questions.
- Exam duration is one minute per question.
- Passing score is 80%.
- Quizzes may be retaken an unlimited number of times.
- The student is not allowed to take the final exam unless all chapter quizzes are successfully completed.
Second: Final Course Exam
- The student may take the final exam only after successfully completing all mandatory quizzes.
- The passing score for the final exam is 60%.
- The final exam consists of 30 multiple-choice questions, each with four possible answers.
- Exam duration is 30 minutes from the start of the exam.
Graduation Certificate
After completing the course and successfully passing all examinations, the student will receive a certificate of course completion, which will be sent directly to the student’s personal profile immediately after the results are released.
