Course Information

Sports training is one of the most important fields within sports sciences, as it plays a fundamental role in developing athletes’ physical and technical abilities. This field relies on precise training standards in planning and implementation, and any mistake or lack of understanding of these standards may lead to poor physical development, interruption of training, or even injuries.

Therefore, anyone who aspires to work in the field of sports training—especially in physical fitness—needs solid scientific knowledge and a deep understanding of training principles. Being a successful coach is not limited to practical experience alone; it also requires scientific awareness and the ability to enhance athletes’ performance while improving their health and motor abilities.

Based on this vision, the Swedish Academy of Sport Training has developed this specialized scientific curriculum in physical load planning, serving as a fundamental step for anyone seeking to build a strong and successful professional career in the field of sports and fitness.
