In this program, we cover the essential theoretical knowledge required for your career as a certified personal trainer. This course is offered by the Swedish Academy of Sport Training (SAST). Eligibility:


Anyone with the desire and ambition to enter the field of personal training and fitness (no prior experience required).

Students can enroll and start studying from anywhere in the world, at any time (24/7). This provides absolute flexibility in learning and gaining experience freely, according to the student’s schedule and location. It moves away from traditional restricted education that does not emphasize individual creativity or positive thinking in problem-solving and innovation.

Exams and Passing:

All theoretical exams at the Swedish Academy of Sport Training (SAST) are conducted online, with questions drawn randomly from a question bank based on the course’s scientific theoretical curriculum. Answers are automatically and immediately graded, and students can see their results right after finishing the exam.

Course Testing and Grading System:

1. Quizzes:

Students must pass several mandatory chapter quizzes before taking the final exam.

  1. One mandatory quiz per theoretical chapter.
  2. Each quiz contains up to 10 multiple-choice questions.
  3. Duration depends on the number of questions (1 minute per question).
  4. Passing score: 80%.
  5. Unlimited attempts allowed for each quiz.
  6. Students cannot take the final exam until all chapter quizzes are successfully completed.

2. Final Exam:

  1. Students may take the final exam after passing all mandatory chapter quizzes.
  2. Must achieve at least 60% to pass the final exam.
  3. The final exam includes 30 multiple-choice questions with four possible answers each.
  4. Duration: 30 minutes.
  5. Unlimited attempts allowed for the final exam.

Certificate of Completion:
After successfully completing the course and passing all exams, students will receive a certificate of course completion, which will be sent directly to their student profile upon release of the results.
