Quizzes

The student must pass a series of mandatory quizzes before proceeding to the final exam, as follows:

  1. A mandatory quiz for each chapter of the theoretical material.
  2. Each quiz contains no more than 10 multiple-choice questions.
  3. Exam duration is based on the number of questions (one minute per question).
  4. The passing score for each quiz is 80%.
  5. Quizzes can be retaken an unlimited number of times by each student.

The final theoretical exam cannot be taken unless all quizzes have been successfully completed.

Final Theoretical Exam:

  1. The student is allowed to take the final exam after successfully passing all mandatory quizzes.
  2. The student must achieve a minimum score of 60% to pass the final exam.
  3. The final exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions, each with four options.

  3. After completing the practical training period, both forms must be uploaded to the Academy platform and must be signed and stamped by the fitness center where the training took place.
  4. The student cannot proceed to the final practical exam unless the practical training is successfully completed.

III. Final Practical Examination

  1. The final practical exam includes a variety of training scenarios, with one scenario randomly selected as the student’s exam assignment.
  2. The description of the assigned training scenario is provided at the start of the exam in the Exams section of the Academy platform.
  3. The exam date is scheduled in coordination with the course instructor and supervisor, and it is conducted live in the fitness center with camera recording.
  4. The practical exam is conducted in a fitness center for approximately 45 minutes.

The exam is conducted according to the following details:

  1. Training Program Preparation: The student must prepare a comprehensive training program suitable for the assigned scenario, including exercises, execution method, and sequence in a professional and organized manner.

During the exam, the student acts as the supervising trainer, guiding and monitoring a colleague acting as the trainee (model), focusing on proper technique, load and repetitions, accuracy, and movement safety according to professional standards.

  1. Evaluation and Passing Criteria: Performance is evaluated as either “Pass” (with possible feedback) or “Fail” if there are major errors affecting execution.
