Course Information

The Sports Nutrition Workshop offered by the Swedish Academy of Sport Training (SAST) provides a practical and simplified introduction to the fundamentals of nutrition and its role in supporting general health and improving physical performance.
The workshop focuses on the basic principles of healthy nutrition, types of nutrients, the importance of water and hydration, and how to choose appropriate foods for an active lifestyle.

The workshop is delivered in an interactive format aimed at raising nutritional awareness and helping participants understand the relationship between nutrition, health, and daily physical performance, with no prior experience in nutrition required.
At the end of the workshop, participants receive a Certificate of Participation confirming their attendance and benefit from the nutrition sessions.
