Course Information

In the world of modern sports training, fitness is no longer just physical effort; it has become a precise science based on the laws of physics and anatomy. Have you ever wondered why some training angles cause injuries while others provide tremendous strength? The answer lies in “biomechanics.”

The Swedish Academy offers you this course to reveal the geometric secrets of the human body and transform your view of exercise from a mere “mechanical performance” into a “mastered skill” that combines strength, technique, and safety.
