Course Information

In the world of modern sports training, fitness is no longer just physical effort; it has become a precise science based on the laws of physics and anatomy. Have you ever wondered why some training angles cause injuries while others provide tremendous strength? The answer lies in “biomechanics.”

The Swedish Academy offers you this course to reveal the geometric secrets of the human body and transform your view of exercise from a mere “mechanical performance” into a “mastered skill” that combines strength, technique, and safety.

Certificate Title

Movement and Biomechanics in Training

What will you learn?

  1. General Concept of Movement
  2.  Introduction to Biomechanics
  3. Principles of Human Body Movement

This platform is considered one of the best educational platforms in the Arab world and competes with major universities and online institutes in Europe and worldwide.

Students can start studying immediately after registration and from anywhere in the world, as the platform provides access to course materials and exams 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Examinations and Passing Requirements

All theoretical exams are conducted electronically through the academy’s platform. Questions are randomly selected from a question bank based on the scientific curriculum of the course.

Answers are corrected automatically and instantly, and the student’s result is displayed immediately after completing the exam.

The implementation plan for theoretical exams, assessments, and the pass/fail system for the training course is as follows:

Module Quizzes (Quiz Exams)

Students must pass a number of mandatory module quizzes before being allowed to take the final exam, as follows:

  1. One mandatory quiz for each theoretical module.
  2. Each quiz contains no more than 10 questions, in multiple-choice format.
  3. Exam duration depends on the number of questions (one minute per question).
  4. The passing score for each quiz is 80%.
  5. Quizzes can be retaken an unlimited number of times.
  6. The final theoretical exam cannot be taken unless all module quizzes are successfully completed.

Final Theoretical Exam of the Course

  1. Students are allowed to take the final exam only after successfully passing all mandatory module quizzes.
  2. The student must pass the final exam with a minimum score of 60%.
  3. The final exam consists of 20 multiple-choice questions, each with four possible answers.
  4. The exam duration is 20 minutes from the start time.
  5. Each student is allowed a maximum of two attempts to pass the exam.
  6. The final theoretical exam cannot be taken unless the student passes the periodic quizzes.

Certificate of Graduation

After completing all course requirements and successfully passing the final exam, the student receives an officially accredited certificate from the Swedish Academy of Sport Training (SAST) confirming successful completion of the course.
The certificate is sent directly to the student’s email and also appears in their personal account on the educational platform immediately after the results are released.
