Course Information

Sports training is considered one of the most important fields within sports sciences, as it deals with training standards, their structure, and regulation. Any mistake, oversight, or lack of awareness of these standards can prevent an athlete from continuing training, hinder the development of their physical and technical abilities, and often lead to injuries.

Therefore, anyone interested in venturing into the field of training science, to become a confident coach well-versed in the intricacies of the profession—especially in the area of physical fitness—must understand the many challenges ahead in order to contribute effectively to developing athletes and enhancing their physical, motor, and health capacities.

With this in mind, we have undertaken the creation of this specialized scientific curriculum in physical load planning, which serves as the foundational cornerstone for anyone seeking serious and sustained success in the world of sports and fitness. We have carefully focused on accuracy in presenting information and on expanding the scientific methodology, providing learners with solid practical and applied knowledge. We also delve deeply into the main aspects of the profession, particularly in designing training programs. A dedicated learner, armed with determination and perseverance, will find all the guidance they need within this curriculum to complete their journey successfully.
